Role & responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new Business Partners / Distributors.
• Develop and maintain a strong Business Partner network in the assigned territory.
• Guide Business Partners in recruiting and onboarding Insurance Advisors/Agents.
• Support Business Partners in advisor activation, training and business development.
• Help the network generate new customer leads and insurance business.
• Build long-term relationships with Business Partners and their advisor teams.
• Monitor business performance and achieve assigned recruitment & business targets.
• Conduct regular meetings, follow-ups and field visits with Business Partners.
• Maintain regular reports on Business Partner recruitment, advisor onboarding and business performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate.
• Only Experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication & convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field work and local travel.
• Smartphone with internet required.
