Work Location : Africa
Reporting to : Regional Finance Controller/Branch Manager
Key performance objectives:
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations.
- Recording and reviewing expenses, payroll, etc. as assigned. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closing.
- Preparation, analysis, and verification of accounting records, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to reporting and procedural standards.
- Maintain the general ledger operations.
- Sending data for tax filings.
- Record and process employee expense reports.
