Urgent - CNC, HTL, VTL, VMC AND HMC Machine Operator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines such as VMC, HMC, and conventional milling machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Select tools and set up machinery for various machining operations.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including setup sheets and inspection reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in operating CNC machines (VMC, HMC) or similar equipment.
• Diploma/ITI degree in relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering).
• Strong understanding of CNC programming languages (G-code) and ability to read blueprints/drawings.
• Proficiency in conventional milling techniques using lathes/turning centers.
