XOn Global is looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Professional who can help us identify quality opportunities, connect with potential clients, and win IT projects on Upwork.

Engagement: Incentive / Commission Based

Experience: 1+ year of proven Upwork bidding experience preferred

What We're Looking For:

Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and proposal submission

Track record of generating leads and winning IT projects

Strong proposal writing and client communication skills

Ability to identify relevant projects and potential clients

Understanding of IT services such as Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI/ML, and Software Development

Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
