Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and optimize upstream processing conditions for biopharmaceutical production, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve process efficiency and product quality.
• Conduct cell culture operations, including media preparation, inoculation, incubation, harvesting, and sterilization.
• Troubleshoot issues related to upstream processing equipment performance and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in a biotechnology industry setting with expertise in upstream processing.
• Strong understanding of biologics development lifecycle from discovery through commercialization.
• Experience working with various types of bioreactors (e.g., batch, fed-batch) 
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) regulations.
