Upstream Manufacturing(MAbs): Biologics

Required Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience in aseptic handling techniques and operation of Biosafety Cabinets.
• Experience in upstream processing, including activities from vial thawing to harvest.
• Preparation and review of quality documents such as Batch Checklists, Protocols, and SOPs.
• Experience in Master Cell Bank (MCB) and Working Cell Bank (WCB) preparation.
• Knowledge and operational experience with Single-Use Bioreactors and Stainless-Steel (SS) Bioreactors.

Equipment Handling Experience

Candidates should have experience operating the following equipment:

• CEDEX Bio Biochemistry Analyzer
• Vi-CELL BLU Automated Cell Counter
• Biosafety Cabinet (BSC)
• Blood Gas Analyzer
