Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate UPSC Mentor to guide and mentor UPSC aspirants throughout their preparation journey.

Key Requirements

• Must have appeared in UPSC CSE Mains at least 2 times.
• Must have appeared in at least 1 UPSC CSE Interview/Personality Test.
• Strong understanding of the UPSC syllabus, exam pattern, and preparation strategy.
• Good communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to guide students with personalized study plans, answer writing, and interview preparation.
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or coaching experience will be an added advantage.
• Passion for helping students achieve their UPSC goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor UPSC aspirants and track their preparation progress.
• Provide guidance on study plans, answer writing, and revision strategies.
• Conduct doubt-solving and mentoring sessions.
• Help students identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance for UPSC Mains and Interview preparation.
