UPS Service Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Complete all assigned breakdown calls and customer complaints on time.
• Attend PM, minor calls, installations, and commissioning as assigned.
• Handle major/repeat breakdowns and escalations with required technical support.
• Identify the root cause of failures and reduce customer complaints and spare consumption.
• Provide proper customer feedback and service reports to the Service Manager
• Ensure proper site preparation, installation, commissioning, and documentation for higher-kVA UPS systems
