Unix/ Linux Expert with FIX expercinces required for a Exchange

Job Title: Technical Analyst – Unix/Linux/ FIX.

Role Overview As a Technical Analyst within Client Services team, you will serve as the main technical point of contact for clients (Banks, Asset Managers, Hedge Funds). You will design, implement, and support our FX software solutions while bridging communications between business clients and internal teams (Development, QA, IT, and Sales).

Key Responsibilities ;

• Client Integration & Support: Deploy, configure, support, and maintain FX software solutions across client sites for both frontend and backend operations.
• Technical Management: Manage client account setups and act as the primary technical contact to address ongoing business and system requirements.
• Automation & Maintenance: Build tools and scripts to automate software installation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Product Enhancement: Take ownership of core system modules to fix bugs, contribute to releases, and propose product enhancements based on client feedback.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Technology (or related field) with 3 to 6 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Unix/Linux, scripting (Shell/Perl/Python), and programming languages (C/C++, Java).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, high motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Domain knowledge in banking or capital markets.
• Familiarity with the FIX protocol.
