Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Unity Developer. The Unity Developer will design, implement, and optimize game features using Unity, focusing on mobile game development and interactive experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include coding gameplay systems, collaborating on level design and user experience, integrating art and audio assets, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also involves working with the team to prototype new ideas, improve performance across devices, and ensure smooth, stable builds. The Unity Developer will participate in regular code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and support continuous improvement of development workflows.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills, with experience in C# and Unity.
• Candidates should possess Mobile Game Development skills, including performance optimization and platform-specific integrations.
• Candidates should possess Augmented Reality (AR) skills, such as working with AR frameworks and creating interactive AR experiences.
• Candidates should possess Level Design skills, including building engaging environments, balancing difficulty, and designing intuitive gameplay flows.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
• Ability to debug and profile Unity projects, and resolve performance and stability issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience shipping at least one Unity-based game or interactive application is highly beneficial.
