About this role
UNITY DEVELOPER
We are looking for a Unity Developer to join our team. As a Unity 3D Developer, you will implement AR, VR, and MR functionality, translating design ideas, concepts, and requirements into a functional and integrative application. You should have experience working with Unity and Unity 3D software, excellent coding skills, and a good eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with designers, artists, and backend developers to implement the functionality.
- Meeting with the design team to discuss ideas and specifications.
- Quickly create and iterate on prototypes showcasing new designs and interaction patterns.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and stability of the application.
- Follows the best practices and guidelines and develops better ways of solving problems.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Offer and implement solutions on time.
- Establish an effective strategy and development pipeline.
- Animating objects with shaders and particles.
- Integrate third-party SDKs for both hardware and software platforms.
- Implement and enhance interaction toolkit features and functionality.
- Collaborate with teams to implement new technologies and features into the Unity engine across XR.
- Collaborating with other teams within the XR group to help bring cohesive and user-friendly experiences to developers.
- Identify process and application bottlenecks and bugs and implement solutions promptly.
- Unit testing.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
- Good knowledge of C# and Oops.
- Should know how to use Math and Physics Unity API for the game wherever required instead of writing own code or searching the solution online.
- The candidate should be able to relocate to Trivandrum.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with memory and space optimization.
- Knowledge of scripting, animation, session management, and textures.
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Developing responsive 3D applications for PC or mobile.
- Excellent knowledge of Unity.
- Experience with scripting, textures, animation, GUI styles, and user sessions.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Team player.

Junior Unity Developer / Intern (AR/VR/MR)
Were seeking a motivated Junior Unity Developer or Intern with up to 1 year of experience to join our team and grow their skills in immersive technology (AR/VR/MR). Youll collaborate with designers, artists, and senior developers to bring innovative XR applications to life while building a strong foundation in Unity development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing core functionality for AR/VR/MR applications under guidance.
- Support the team in translating design concepts into functional prototypes.
- Learn to optimize the performance, stability, and quality of applications.
- Help integrate third-party SDKs (hardware/software) with supervision.
- Participate in troubleshooting and debugging code.
- Follow best practices for writing reusable, clean, and efficient code.
- Collaborate on basic scripting, animation, and UI implementation.
- Contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions.
- Assist in unit testing and documentation tasks.
Requirements:
- 01 year of Unity experience (personal projects, internships, or academic work count!).
- Holding a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Game Development, or related fields.

- Familiarity with scripting, animation, and basic UI implementation in Unity.
- Willingness to learn Unitys Math and Physics APIs to solve problems effectively.
- Interest in AR/VR/MR technologies and 3D development.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Eagerness to work in a team and communicate clearly.
- Bonus: Exposure to version control (Git), shaders, or XR toolkits (e.g., AR Foundation, Oculus SDK).
