Unit Sales Manager / Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and grow SME insurance distribution within an assigned industrial estate / MSME cluster by expanding the agent, POSP and broker network, deepening relationships with factory owners and industrial associations, and delivering sustainable GWP growth across Fire, Marine, Engineering, Liability, Workmen's Compensation and Health lines.
• Build and maintain relationships with industrial estate associations, MSME units, factory owners and local trade bodies to generate business leads.
• Drive new business GWP and renewal retention for Fire, Marine Cargo, Liability, Engineering, Workmen's Compensation/EB and Health products.
• Conduct regular product, underwriting and compliance training for channel partners to improve quality of business sourced.
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims and operations teams to ensure smooth policy issuance, risk inspection and claims servicing for clients.
• Represent the company at industrial estate events, trade fairs and association meetings to build brand visibility.
• Monitor partner productivity, persistency and loss ratios; take corrective action on underperforming relationships.

• Sound product and underwriting knowledge across commercial/industrial insurance lines
• Strong communication, training and on-ground problem-solving ability. Target orientation, market mapping and data-driven territory planning.
