Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency network.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies for channel development, agent recruitment, and retention.
  
• Build strong relationships with clients to increase policy renewals and upsell opportunities.
  
• Identify new business prospects through market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
