Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through agency channel.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  
• Recruit, train, and develop new agents to expand the agency network.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive general insurance landscape.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
