Unit Sales Manager- Motor Agency /General insurance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency network.
  
• Develop and implement strategies for business growth through effective agent recruitment, training, and development.
  
• Build strong relationships with channel partners to increase revenue generation from tied channels (agency) and open market sales.
  
• Identify new opportunities for cross-selling health insurance products to existing motor insurance customers.
  
• Monitor performance metrics such as premium volume, policy count, persistency rates, etc. to optimize sales strategies.
