Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales agents to achieve business targets through agency channel development, agent recruitment, and training.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase policy renewals and upsell opportunities.
  
• Identify new business prospects through market research, networking, and referrals to expand the customer base.
  
• Monitor performance metrics such as premium income growth, retention rates, and expense control to optimize sales strategies.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies while maintaining high ethical standards.
