Unit Sales Manager - Health Agency

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets in personal loans, business loans, credit cards, insurance products, and other financial services.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through effective lead generation, relationship management with existing clients, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 1-7 years of experience in BFSI sales (banking & finance industry) or related fields such as b2b sales, direct sales, field sales etc. .
• Strong understanding of various financial products including personal loans, business loans, credit cards etc. .
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
