Unit Sales Manager - Health Agency

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets in BFSI sales, credit card sales, insurance sales, loan sales, and CASA sales.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling products.
• Build strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive BFSI landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in BFSI sales or related fields such as credit card sales, insurance sales, loan sales, or CASA sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of financial services industry dynamics including banking products and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
