Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency network.
  
• Develop and implement strategies for business growth through effective agent recruitment, training, and development.
  
• Build strong relationships with clients to increase policy issuance and retention rates.
  
• Identify new opportunities for cross-selling health insurance products to existing customers.
  
• Monitor performance metrics such as premium volume, persistency, and expense ratio to optimize operations.
