Role & responsibilities

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets in health agency channel.
  
• Develop and execute strategies for business development, field sales, and direct sales.
  
• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
  
• Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the BFSI sector.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
