Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency channel.
  
• Develop and implement strategies for agency development, channel expansion, and tied channel management.
  
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, brokers, and partners.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking within the community.
