Unit Sales Manager - Agency Channel - General Insurance (Motor, Fire, SME)

Role & Responsibility –

Accountable for all the retail products from health, property to motor.

Achieving assigned PMS through a team of field officers (in selective regions) and through the various verticals assigned by the BM.

Responsible for achieving product-wise volume and value targets in the assigned area.

Accountable for maintaining sound relationships with the channel partners.

Cultivating amicable relationship with dealers, agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries, direct customers (for CE) as per journey plan.

• Experience – Minimum 2yrs into General Insurance – Maximum 10 yrs
• Employment Type – Full time.
• Education – Any Graduation / Post Graduation.
• Age Criteria - 23-40 years
• Preferred candidate – From general insurance background only.
• Skills Required – Relationship Management, Sales experience, Product knowledge – Health, Motor, Non – Motor, SME etc, General Insurance Knowledge.
• CTC Details – 2- 5 LPA
