Role: Unit Marketing Head

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration across digital and offline channels.
• Lead neighbourhood and community outreach initiatives through corporate engagements, associations, schools, residential communities, health camps, and awareness programs.
• Drive growth of key specialties and clinical programs through targeted campaigns, promotional activities, and patient engagement initiatives.
• Enhance patient footfall and conversion by optimizing lead generation, digital marketing performance, referral channels, and aggregator partnerships.
• Strengthen brand visibility and reputation through strategic public relations, media engagement, doctor branding, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Ensure effective management of digital assets including website content, online doctor profiles, social media presence, and local search platforms.
• Plan and execute marketing activities in line with the annual operating plan, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and business teams to develop impactful marketing content, campaigns, and patient education programs.
• Monitor marketing performance, analyze campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and operational efficiency.
• Drive innovation, process improvement, and continuous learning by adopting emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

What We Are Looking for:

1. MBA/PGDM
2. 8+years of experience
3. Open for experience from any industry
4. SAP knowledge preferred
5. Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
