Unit Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Source new customers and generate business through direct market activities.
• Promote and sell Life Insurance products, primarily ULIP plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify potential customers through networking, referrals, and field activities.
• Plan and execute strategies for procuring new policies and expanding the customer base.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply).
• Female candidates preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, marketing, and fieldwork.
• Willingness to travel locally for business development activities.
• Local candidates with Kannada-speaking proficiency preferred.
• Basic knowledge of insurance and financial products will be an added advantage.
