Unit Manager/ S. Team Leader/ Team Leader/ Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Oversee and manage multiple teams to achieve business goals and KPIs.
Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure that team members are meeting their individual targets.
Strategy Development: Work with senior management to create strategies that drive performance improvements and operational efficiency.
Reporting & Analysis: Analyze team data, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management.
Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement and develop processes to optimize operations.
Staffing & Training: Manage recruitment, training, and development of team members.
Customer Relations: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through team engagement and problem resolution.
