Unit Manager - Personal Loan

Responsibilities

• Managing Inbound & Outbound campaigns for Call Centre.
• Achieving feed targets and managing campaign waterfall metrics.
• Liaising with marketing, product and campaign teams to execute campaigns.
• Monitoring & measuring conversion, productivity & data penetration metrics.
• Managing dialer and occupancy metrics.
• Increasing conversion efficiency on existing database.
• Implementing promotional plans & contests.
• Ensuring loan processing from initial inquiry to disbursement.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintaining records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Reporting on sales performance and lead generation.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conducting due diligence on prospective clients.
• Collecting and submitting accurate documentation for each loan application.
• Collaborating with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
• Coordinating with Marketing for promotional campaign execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
