Bancassurance Operations will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end Bancassurance Operations, with a primary focus on Group Life Insurance business.

Responsibilities

• The role involves overseeing policy administration, premium management, customer servicing, reconciliation, regulatory compliance, and operational governance while ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to internal and regulatory standards.
• The incumbent will drive process improvements, automation initiatives, stakeholder management, and operational excellence to enhance customer experience, strengthen controls, and support business growth.
• Oversee policy issuance, member enrollment, endorsements, cancellations, and policy reconciliations. Ensure timely and accurate processing of insurance transactions in coordination with insurer partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate: MBA Preferred
• Insurance Certifications from Insurance Institute of India, LOMA will be added advantage
