Unit Head-Pumps And Valves

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pumps & Valves manufacturing unit.
• Lead and develop production teams.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, delivery timelines, and cost goals are achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
• Handle customer complaints and solve production/process issues.
• Work with suppliers and support new product development projects.
• Plan manpower, capacity, budgets, and investments for the unit.
• Ensure safety, sustainability, and compliance with company processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Mechanical or Production Engineering background.
• More than 10 years of manufacturing/production experience.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement.
• Someone who is hands-on, result-oriented, customer-focused, and good at working with teams.
