Unit Head Operations

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Manage budgetary constraints to achieve optimal resource allocation and minimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards and maintain high levels of quality patient care.

Job Requirements :

• 12-25 years of experience in administration, healthcare services or hospital management.
• Strong understanding of P&L (Profit & Loss) statements and ability to analyze financial data for informed decision-making.
• Proven track record in managing budgets effectively to achieve cost savings without compromising quality patient care.
