Job Title: Unisex Hairdresser

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair cutting, styling, colouring, and chemical services for both male and female clients.
• Perform advanced services such as hair colour, highlights, balayage, global colour, smoothing, keratin, and hair treatments.
• Have strong experience working with professional brands such as Moroccanoil, LOral Professional and Biotop Professional.
• Understand hair consultation and recommend suitable hairstyles, colours, and treatments according to client requirements.
• Maintain high standards of customer service suitable for a luxury salon environment.
• Recommend professional hair care products and support retail product sales.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and proper sanitisation of tools and workstations.
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and luxury salon standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Unisex Hairdresser/Hair Stylist in a premium or luxury salon preferred Tony and guy, Looks Salon, Meenakshi Makeovers & Jawed Habib Hair Salon.
• Experience with Moroccanoil, L’Oral Professional, and Biotop products and services preferred.
• Good knowledge of advanced hair colour and chemical treatments.
• Excellent communication and client consultation skills.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• Ability to deliver high-quality service and work in a target-oriented environment.

Preferred: Experience in premium/luxury salons and strong knowledge of hair trends.
