Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone calls, emails, or chats.
• Provide accurate information on products/services to customers in a timely manner.
• Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Job Requirements :

• Excellent communication skills (spoken English) with good pronunciation.
• Fresh graduate from any discipline; IELTS certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in international voice process operations; knowledge of English literature an added advantage.
