UK Recruiter

About the Role Bluepace Tech is looking for an experienced UK Recruiter with 25 years of experience in UK/European recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the UK recruitment market, visa/work-permit requirements, candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

The candidate should be comfortable working on multiple requirements, engaging with candidates and clients, and understanding the different hiring practices, employment regulations, and visa nuances across the UK and European markets.Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for UK and European requirements, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, salary expectations, notice period, and work authorization.
• Develop a strong understanding of UK and European visa/work-permit categories and their hiring implications.
• Understand and verify candidate eligibility to work in the UK and relevant European countries.
• Maintain awareness of the different visa terms, sponsorship requirements, right-to-work checks, and work authorization nuances across various UK and European markets.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Conduct candidate assessments, salary discussions, offer negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the ATS.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Engage with candidates professionally and provide regular updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with account managers, hiring managers, and internal recruitment teams to understand hiring requirements.
• Meet recruitment targets, turnaround times, and quality benchmarks.
• Stay updated on changes in UK and European recruitment practices, employment markets, visa regulations, and work authorization requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 25 years of experience in UK Recruitment / UK IT Recruitment / European Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the UK recruitment process and hiring market.
• Working knowledge of UK and European visa/work-permit requirements and candidate work authorization.
• Ability to understand differences in hiring practices and visa requirements across different European countries.
• Experience with sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and Boolean searches.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with ATS/recruitment tools is preferred.

Preferred Knowledge Candidates with exposure to recruitment across markets such as UK, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, France, Belgium, or other European countries will be preferred. Knowledge of visa sponsorship, right-to-work requirements, work permits, skilled-worker routes, and country-specific hiring nuances will be an added advantage.
