Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations during the entire recruitment process.
• Analyze metrics to track progress and improve efficiency in the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 6-9 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of GDPR regulations and ability to apply them effectively throughout the recruitment process.
• Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions within a given timeframe.
