UK Financial Controller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and UK GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Manage a team of accountants to ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly/quarterly/year-end closing processes.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 5-11 years' experience in finance control or accounting role within an IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and UK GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Proven track record in managing teams responsible for preparing complex financial reports under tight deadlines.
