UK Admission Counselor

Role & responsibilities :

• Provide expert advice on UK visa categories (Student, Visitor, Work, Dependent, etc.)
• Assess client profiles to determine eligibility and suitable visa options
• Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa application forms and supporting documents
• Ensure all documentation meets UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) requirements
• Keep up to date with changes in UK immigration rules and policies
• Guide clients on interview preparation (if applicable)
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application progress
• Coordinate with universities, employers, and other stakeholders when needed
• Handle client queries professionally via phone, email, or in person
• Ensure high levels of customer service and client satisfaction.
• Candidates must achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets related to visa applications, conversions, and client satisfaction.
