Role Description The UIX/UX Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka/Noida, responsible for designing intuitive, efficient user experiences across Manual2AI’s products and internal tools. Day-to-day work includes conducting user research, mapping workflows, and translating complex operational processes into clear, user-centered interfaces. The designer will create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to refine requirements and validate solutions. Responsibilities also include iterative testing, gathering feedback, and improving designs to enhance usability, accessibility, and adoption. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex systems problems through thoughtful design and clear interaction patterns.

Qualifications

• Strong user-centered mindset with skills in

Design Thinking and

User Experience (UX) to structure complex workflows into clear, usable journeys.

• Ability to plan and conduct

User Research , including interviews, observations, and usability tests, and convert insights into actionable design decisions.

• Proficiency in

Prototyping (low- to high-fidelity) using modern design tools to quickly explore, test, and iterate interface concepts.

• Solid

Visual Design capabilities to create clean layouts, consistent typography, and effective information hierarchy that align with brand guidelines.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in a software development company, digital agency, or product-based organization.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes and user flows.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end design constraints is preferred.
