UiPath Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and UiPath to identify automation opportunities, gather business requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong business analysis skills and experience working on end-to-end RPA implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for RPA initiatives.
• Conduct process discovery and identify automation opportunities.
• Prepare Process Definition Documents (PDD), BRD, FRD, and user stories.
• Perform AS-IS and TO-BE process analysis.
• Work closely with business users, UiPath developers, QA, and project managers.
• Support UAT, defect resolution, and production deployment.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
• Monitor automation benefits and recommend process improvements.

Mandatory Skills

• 7+years of Business Analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience in UiPath RPA projects.
• Experience in Process Discovery and Process Mapping.
• Strong knowledge of BRD,FRD, PDD, and SDLC.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• UiPath certification is an advantage.
• Experience in BFSI,Insurance, Healthcare, or Shared Services.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Visio, SQL, and Excel.
