About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Blue Prism or UiPath.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business processes for automation and implement efficient workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues related to automated processes and provide technical support to end-users.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for automation projects.
Job Requirements :
- 5-7 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in RPA tools such as Blue Prism or UiPath.
- Strong understanding of SQL database concepts and ability to write complex queries.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
