Role Description This is a full-time, on-site UI/UX role based in New Delhi. The position involves designing and refining user interfaces for web and mobile applications, creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups aligned with product requirements and brand guidelines. The UI/UX professional will translate user needs and business objectives into intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing designs, and build interactive prototypes to validate concepts with stakeholders and users. Daily tasks include collaborating with product managers, developers, and other designers, conducting usability reviews, iterating based on feedback, and supporting front-end implementation to ensure design consistency. The role also includes maintaining design documentation, contributing to design systems, and staying current with UI/UX best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong user experience design skills, including User Experience Design (UED), user flows, wireframing, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in visual design and mockups, with the ability to create clear, attractive, and consistent interfaces.
• Experience with prototyping tools and methods to build interactive prototypes and validate design decisions.
• Understanding of front-end development concepts and processes to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Relevant experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), usability principles, and responsive design.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience working on product-focused UI/UX within technology or telematics domains is an advantage.
