UI/UX experts

Experience: 2–5 years

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000/month

Location: Remote (work from anywhere)

Shift: 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (fixed, non-negotiable — overlaps with our international clients)

About the Role

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who can think like a designer and work like a force multiplier. You'll own the look, feel, and flow of digital products — from first wireframe to final polished screen. This role is for someone who uses AI tools to move faster, not to think less.

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive, high-quality interfaces for web and mobile products
• Build wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems
• Translate business requirements and user feedback into clean, functional design
• Collaborate with developers, product, and client teams during the night shift window
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, copy, and asset creation
• Present and defend design decisions with clear reasoning

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of hands-on UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio
• Strong command of Figma (Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator a plus)
• Practical, everyday fluency with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar — including prompt-writing that gets usable output
• A genuinely creative mind: we want original ideas, not templated screens or AI-generated sameness
• Solid grasp of design fundamentals — typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour, accessibility
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
• Clear English communication and the discipline to work independently at night

Nice to Have

• Basic HTML/CSS understanding
• Experience with design systems or component libraries
• Motion/micro-interaction design (Framer, After Effects, Lottie)

Why Join Us

• Fully remote — no commute, no relocation
• Fixed shift with predictable hours
• Real ownership of design decisions, not just execution
• A team that actively encourages AI-assisted workflows

How to Apply

Note: This role requires availability from 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST. Please apply only if you're comfortable with these hours long-term.
