Key Responsibilities 1. Design high-converting email creatives for promotional, lifecycle, and automated campaigns. 2. Create visually appealing UI designs for websites, landing pages, and web applications. 3. Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows. 4. Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for desktop and mobile devices. 5. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints. 6. Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Development teams for campaign execution. 7. Design banners, icons, graphics, and other digital assets as required. 8. Optimize email layouts for higher engagement, CTR, and conversions. 9. Conduct UI improvements based on user behavior and performance data. 10. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX, email marketing, and design trends.

Required Skills 1. Proficiency in

Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe XD . 2. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design. 3. Experience designing responsive websites and mobile interfaces. 4. Knowledge of email design best practices and email client compatibility. 5. Understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and layout. 6. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is an advantage. 7. Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. 8. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications 1. 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX and email design. 2. Experience with eCommerce brands is preferred. 3. Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and email marketing creatives is mandatory.
