We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across our web platforms and applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites, web applications, and digital platforms.
• Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and identify opportunities to improve the overall user experience.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop responsive and mobile-friendly layouts for different screen sizes and devices.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and relevant front-end frameworks.
• Work with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Adobe Photoshop to create and maintain design assets.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
• Ensure consistency in design systems, typography, color schemes, navigation, and reusable UI components.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to enhance accessibility and user satisfaction.
• Optimize website usability, interface performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, accessibility standards, and front-end development practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js is an added advantage.
• Understanding of accessibility standards, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first design.
• Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design capabilities is preferred.
