Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who also possesses strong graphic design skills to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our products across web and mobile platforms. From wireframes to high-fidelity designs and marketing visuals, you will bring ideas to life through intuitive interfaces and compelling designs. Key Responsibilities -Design and prototype intuitive, elegant user experiences for web and mobile applications. -Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction and visuals. -Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iteration. -Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. -Create visually compelling graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and internal branding. -Ensure design consistency across all platforms and maintain brand guidelines. -Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools and technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications -2+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio. -Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision. -Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). -Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles. -Ability to balance user needs with business goals. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications -Experience working in agile product development environments. -Prior experience in SaaS, healthcare, fintech, or wellness industries. -Animation or motion design skills (using After Effects, Lottie, etc.). -Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design standards.
