UI/UX Designer

About The Role As a UI/UX Designer at DexaMinds, you'll be responsible for creating user-centered designs for web and mobile applications. You'll work closely with clients and development teams to understand requirements, create wireframes and prototypes, and design intuitive interfaces that meet user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Stay current with design trends and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design approach
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of front-end development constraints and capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with user research methodologies
• Familiarity with agile development processes
