UI/UX Designer who is passionate about crafting exceptional digital experiences. Whether you're a recent graduate with a strong portfolio or have up to 3 years of experience, we'd love to hear from you. Job Summary As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and AI teams to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly web and mobile experiences. You'll participate in the complete design lifecycle—from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and developer handoff. Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to deliver high-quality designs.
• Maintain and contribute to the company's design system and component library.
• Ensure consistency across products by following design guidelines and best practices.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging design practices.
• Work on AI-powered products and create seamless user experiences. Required Skills
• 0–3 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
• Proficiency in

Figma (mandatory).

• Good understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Experience designing SaaS, AI, HRTech, or consumer applications is a plus.
• Familiarity with Material Design or other design systems.
