UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
• Design UI elements and components that are reusable and scalable
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to illustrate how sites/applications look and function
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback
• Collaborate with front-end developers to implement visual elements
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools and technologies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects demonstrating your design thinking and process
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator
• Understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design
• Strong visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus
• Ability to work with wireframe tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
