Role Description This is a full-time hybrid UI/UX Designer role based in Visakhapatnam, with flexibility for some work from home. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing user-centered interfaces, creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, translate business goals into intuitive user flows, and maintain design consistency across products. The designer will conduct user research and usability testing, refine designs based on feedback and data, and ensure that all solutions align with accessibility and responsive design standards. Day-to-day responsibilities also include preparing design specifications, working with front-end developers during implementation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of design processes and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong user experience design skills, including User Experience Design (UED), user flows, information architecture, and usability best practices.
• Proficiency in mockups and visual design, with experience creating high-fidelity interface designs and design systems using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, including interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications to communicate design concepts and user journeys.
• Basic to intermediate front-end development knowledge (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers and understand implementation constraints.
• Ability to conduct and interpret user research, usability testing, and feedback to iterate on designs and improve user satisfaction.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and present design decisions clearly.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work across relevant products or platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
