UI/UX Designer

We are a web and mobile app development company dedicated to building user-centric digital experiences. We are looking for a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer who can turn ideas into intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for websites and mobile applications
• Design clean, modern, and responsive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points
• Iterate designs based on feedback, performance metrics, and usability results
• Prepare and maintain design documentation, style guides, and component libraries
• Work closely with development teams to ensure design fidelity during implementation

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in web and mobile design (iOS/Android)
• Understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, layout, and responsive design
• Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies and best practices
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills
