Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (Contract Basis) with 3–7 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in UI/UX design along with hands-on expertise in graphic design, enabling them to create visually compelling and user-centric digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive user interfaces, enhance user experiences, and develop high-quality marketing and branding assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Enhance user experiences by identifying usability issues and implementing effective design solutions.
• Create high-quality graphic design assets, including social media creatives, presentations, brochures, banners, emailers, infographics, and marketing collateral.
• Develop and maintain consistent design systems, style guides, and brand standards across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Development teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Ensure designs are optimised for responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to continuously improve designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design with strong Graphic Design expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects along with graphic design work.
• Proficiency in

Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch , or similar design tools.

• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens.
• Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and modern design systems.
• Ability to create visually engaging marketing creatives while maintaining brand consistency.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, proactive, and continuous learning mindset.
