Role Description This is a Internship, on-site UI UX Designer role based in Hyderabad. The UI UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces and crafting seamless user experiences across Techsnap’s web and product platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity visual designs, translating complex learning journeys into clear, engaging interfaces, and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and content teams. The role involves conducting user research, analyzing feedback, and iterating on designs to improve usability, accessibility, and engagement. The UI UX Designer will also work with front-end developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and optimized for performance.

Qualifications

• Strong User Interface Design and Visual Design skills, with the ability to create clean, consistent, and engaging layouts.
• Experience in User Experience (UX) design , including user flows, wireframes, and interaction design focused on learner-centric products.
• Proficiency in creating detailed Mockups and design prototypes using modern design tools (e.g., Figma).
• Relevant experience in designing for web-based platforms or SaaS products; edtech or data/AI-related products is a plus.
• Ability to conduct and interpret user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design choices to cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities End-to-End Design Ownership

• Understand product requirements, business goals, and stakeholder inputs.
• Translate requirements into clear user goals, user flows, and interface solutions.
• Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes for web and mobile applications.
• Design modern, visually balanced, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Review implemented designs and support QA to ensure design accuracy during development.

Mobile-First UI Design

• Design intuitive and responsive interfaces for iOS and Android applications.
• Follow platform guidelines such as Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.
• Create adaptive layouts for mobile phones, tablets, and different screen sizes.
• Maintain usability, visual consistency, and accessibility across platforms.
